Biography:

Duol’s personal resilience, experiences and background makes him a vital asset and model to the individuals and families seeking permanent change in relationship and life in general. His primary focuses are providing honest communications with his clients and quality resources for parents and caregivers. He helps parents deal with their teens without drama and teens deal with their parents without shouting match/running away from home. For nearly 16 years, He has been working with individuals, families, children, and group to address and treat mental health and emotional disorders by utilizing his multicultural counseling experiences to promote optimum mental health of his clients. He helps people with PTSD foster feelings of control as this allows them have a sense of control when symptoms flare up.

His specialties include Trauma and Post- Traumatic Stress Disorder, anxiety/depression, antisocial disorder, addiction and substance abuse, suicidal impulses, stress management, problems with self-esteem, issues associated with aging, job and career concerns, family relationship issue, educational decisions, issues related to life transitions such as disability/illness, counseling consultation, and ability to develop a rehabilitation program that often includes training to help individuals develop job skills and work to increase their capacity to live independently.

His other expertise includes evaluate strengths and limitations to determine the capabilities and skills of individual client to deal with the personal, social, and vocational effects of disabilities, arrange for medical care, vocational training, and job placement assisting employers adjust to an increasingly diverse workforce.
