Biography:
Lobojo is originally from Sudan and have live in Texas before relocated his family to Nebraska in 2003. He comes from a large family and enjoys spending time with them. Lobojo is a strong believer is the wraparound approach to therapeutic treatment. He identifies in treating the whole person’s mental health, physical health and environment. Lobojo has always enjoyed helping others and finding resources in his community. As a Provisional Licensed Mental Health Practitioner, Lobojo is able to complete community needs assessments to assist clients in meeting therapeutic goals through connecting them to resources in the community.
He provides an added hand-on skillset of connecting therapeutic interventions with your current environment and community. Lobojo has worked at United States Agency for International Development as a Mental Health Counselor evaluating client’s mental health using clinical interview skills, therapeutic techniques, make diagnoses, and help clients achieve their treatment goals. Lobojo brings skills working on family skill building, family preservation, individual counseling, and group counseling. Lobojo is excited to be a part of the Turningpoint Psychotherapy team and looks forward to growing with the mental health community in Omaha.
